Kinda sad that scorched arrow has such an ugly cooldown, although missing won't be such a huge problem considering this class has amazing hit rate.

One thing am unclear with, do the skills consume mark of death?

On the surface, however this class is a dodge type.
Its a good thing though, since you don't waste your stats on shits with no synergy like every Hybrid ever.
